The Tone:
This is an early career role at Clearsulting, located remotely or in one of its office locations including Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Clearsulting is a global consulting company focused on delivering positive change through digital finance, with a team of finance specialists bringing experience across financial close, digital reporting, risk advisory, and treasury. This role is crucial for supporting client engagements, helping to solve complex business challenges, and contributing to high-impact projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Dive into consulting engagements across finance transformation, technology enablement, and data analytics to help solve complex business challenges for clients.
• Project Support: Support project teams by managing plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, coordinating communications, and driving successful project outcomes.
• Professional Development: Collaborate with team members at all levels to support client meetings and deliverables, building essential consulting skills.
• Presentation Development: Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Data Analysis: Perform primary research and utilize statistical tools to analyze large datasets, uncovering issues, identifying gaps, and extracting meaningful insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree to be completed by December 2026 or May 2027, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: No minimum years of professional experience required, but authorization to work in the United States now or in the future without employer sponsorship is essential.
• Skills: Clear and direct communication, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, ability to learn quickly, analytical thinking for data insights, and simplifying complexity for stakeholders.
• Bonus: Prior internship, cooperative education, research, or other professional experience; demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; innate curiosity and proactive attitude; strong team collaboration skills.
