The Tone:

This role is crucial for supporting the Americas team in enabling Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) to grow on the platform, offering a unique opportunity to gain professional real-world experience through impactful, cross-functional projects.

• Team: Americas SMB (Small & Medium Business) team within Global Business Solutions (GBS)
• Mission: Support the Americas SMB team in driving growth for businesses on TikTok through project coordination, operational improvements, and data insights.
• Tech Stack: CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), project management software, Excel/Sheets, SQL

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects across Sales, Shop, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on SMB growth goals.
• Workflow Optimization: Own small internal projects to improve team workflows, tooling efficiency, and the client experience.
• Advertiser Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process and provide early-stage support for new TikTok Shop advertisers.
• Performance Reporting: Participate in business performance tracking by preparing campaign documents and maintaining simple performance reports or dashboards.
• Content Localization: Help localize and adapt playbooks, narratives, and product materials for the Americas market context, and maintain business requirements documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior internship or project experience in operations, program management, or consulting.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, organized, proactive in execution, and an interest in digital advertising, e-commerce, and SMB growth.
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) or project management software, comfort working with data and building simple dashboards (Excel/Sheets, SQL is a plus), and a basic understanding of project management methodologies.
