Business Operations Associate | Tweel’s Wheels

The Tone:
This is a part-time role at Tweel’s Wheels, with the potential to transition to full-time. Tweel’s Wheels is dedicated to creating adaptive bikes and play products, ensuring every child can experience joy and independence. As the first team member, this role is crucial for executing pivotal growth initiatives, directly impacting the company’s mission to become a trusted destination for adaptive play. You will work alongside the founder to build processes and drive key projects from the ground up.

• Mission: Transforms company momentum into execution by coordinating operations, supporting growth initiatives, and facilitating strategic partnerships.
• Tech Stack: Airtable, Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude

What You’ll Actually Do
Operations & Project Management: Drive critical initiatives forward, maintaining company priorities, managing project trackers, and ensuring deadlines are met through coordination with external partners.
Go-to-Market Execution: Support the launch of new products and programs by identifying operational requirements for e-commerce, fulfillment, shipping, and customer support systems.
Partnership & Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with clinicians, nonprofits, and community organizations, coordinating outreach, events, and pilot programs.
Communications & Marketing: Develop and disseminate newsletters, website updates, social media content, and marketing materials to key stakeholders and the broader community.
Strategic Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on potential partners, funding opportunities, and market trends, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations for strategic decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Demonstrated experience leading organizations, projects, events, or other initiatives, comfortable operating independently in an an early-stage environment.
• Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Skills: Highly organized; resourceful problem-solving; proactive initiative; strong verbal and written communication; quick learner; familiarity with Airtable, Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Bonus: Prior startup experience; genuine interest in inclusive play, children’s products, disability advocacy, or mission-driven work.
