Job Description: Business Management Associate Internship

Your Work (Responsibilities & Projects):
In addition to daily responsibilities, a significant project will be assigned at the beginning of the internship, designed to provide exposure to various work areas and cross-functional teams. Interns may have accountability or shared accountability for tasks related to:

Internship Programming:
Cargill provides a comprehensive learning environment:

Internship Details:
• Duration: Typically 12 weeks.
• Compensation: Interns are paid hourly for time worked.
• Transportation: Interns are responsible for their own transportation to and from work.
• Future Opportunities: Interns demonstrating outstanding performance and curiosity may be offered an internship, co-op, or full-time position to return in subsequent years.

Compensation:
The expected hourly rate for this position is $22.50-$26.00. Compensation decisions are based on graduation date and eligibility for full-time employment.

Job Locations:
Various U.S. locations, including but not limited to: Shippensburg, PA; Olathe/Kansas City, KS; Amarillo, TX; Wayzata/Minneapolis, MN. The majority of the work week will be in the office, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications:
• Right to work in the U.S. that is not solely based on a student visa or a third-party sponsored visa.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited program in fields such as supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, business analytics, animal science, economics, ag-economics, leadership studies, or related degrees.
• Graduation between December 2026 – August 2028.
• Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Geographical flexibility and willingness to relocate for an internship opportunity anywhere in the U.S.
• Ability to complete a 12-week internship in the summer (May/June – August).
• Possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
