We are seeking dedicated Business professionals with terminal degrees to join our remote faculty team. As a faculty member, you will provide practical, hands-on instruction through the Canvas LMS in an engaging learning environment. You will incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the student learning experience and achieve learning outcomes. Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support our busy adult learners.

We are looking for instructors to teach in our undergraduate business program. No prior teaching experience is needed; we provide comprehensive training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support. Our academic terms are five weeks long, offering faculty the perfect environment to share their specific industry experiences and help students achieve their learning objectives.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

• Terminal degree in Business Administration (or Finance, HR, Accounting, Project Management) in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.

Experience:

• Current hands-on experience within an organizational business setting in your field of expertise is required.
• Experience teaching/training adults or in the workplace is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Strong business acumen, including both hard and soft skills (analytics, ethics, financials, leadership, logistics, operations, supply chain management, and leadership capabilities).
• Required to teach one live session each week and hold one live office hour per week via Zoom.
• Comfortable being the first point of contact to troubleshoot software or technical concerns for students.
• Ability to quickly build connections with students using strong interpersonal skills (including approachability and empathy).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a 5-week accelerated course environment.
• The highest levels of integrity at all times.

Online Faculty Technical Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet required.
• Responsible for supplying your own windows-based computer and webcam that pass the ECPI University minimum requirements test.
