What You’ll Bring (Job Summary)

  • Previous experience in a lead generation role related to direct hire.
  • Proficient in using tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify potential direct hire job opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in securing direct hire job opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn connections with hiring managers and talent acquisition professionals.
  • Expertise in the IT, Professional, Marketing, and Sales domains, with a track record of successfully placing direct hire candidates in these skill sets.
  • Experience selling staffing solutions to customers in the CMT (Computer, Media, and Technology) vertical.

Your Impact (Key Responsibilities)

  • Focus on sourcing and securing direct hire job opportunities from companies of various sizes.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for direct hire positions across all levels of the organization, from C-Suite to individual contributors, in IT, Professional, Marketing, and Sales skill sets.
  • Partner with the Delivery Manager to ensure successful delivery of candidates to clients.
