The Tone:
This is a full-time role at YipitData, located remotely across the US with an expectation of East Coast work hours. YipitData develops market research and analytics by analyzing billions of alternative data points from alternative data points across sectors like software, AI, and e-commerce. This role is crucial for ensuring existing clients maximize value from our products, expanding their engagement, and identifying new opportunities, directly supporting their high-stakes investment decisions.

• Mission: This person will identify engagement opportunities and expand product usage to help clients maximize value from YipitData’s offerings.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cultivate client relationships and demonstrate the ongoing value of YipitData’s research and data products.
• Drive client engagement by identifying creative ways to enhance user interaction and product utilization.
• Identify and activate new users on existing client accounts to broaden product reach.
• Nurture and identify upsell opportunities for additional product subscriptions and services.
• Advocate for client needs and feedback across internal departments to improve offerings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early-career professional eager to contribute to data-driven investment research and understand the needs of investment professionals.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
• Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, strategic thinking for revenue growth through client interactions, and adeptness in building consensus and exercising judgment in client situations.
