Business Development Associate
Role Description
This is an exciting contract hybrid role for a Business Development Associate, primarily based in Boise, ID, with the added flexibility for some remote work-from-home arrangements. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and impact by:
- Actively identifying potential business opportunities and new market segments.
- Conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Strategically generating qualified leads that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Preparing and delivering compelling, professional presentations that showcase our services and solutions.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Effectively communicating Kenny Stark & Co.’s key services and innovative solutions to a diverse audience.
Qualifications
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for business growth. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong Presentation Skills and demonstrated experience in creating and delivering impactful, engaging presentations.
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and various Market Research techniques to effectively identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a significant plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business development or sales is highly advantageous.
