What You’ll Actually Do
• Member Support: Assist members with opening various accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide them through loan and credit card applications.
• Issue Resolution: Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with accuracy and care.
• Financial Guidance: Educate members on the full suite of products and services to enable informed financial decisions.
• Relationship Building: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Operational Accuracy: Securely and responsibly handle cash and negotiable instruments, and may assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level understanding of customer service principles and a strong desire to help others achieve financial goals.
• Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Skills: Problem-solving, customer service, accuracy and attention to detail, communication, team collaboration, and adherence to federal financial regulations.
