What You’ll Actually Do
• Triage: Triage incoming whistleblowing reports efficiently.
• Investigate: Conduct independent and confidential investigations into complex and highly sensitive whistleblowing matters.
• Improve: Identify and implement improvements to existing whistleblowing policies and processes.
• Report: Maintain management information, prepare high-quality investigation reports, and advise on remedial actions resulting from investigations.
• Present: Produce presentation papers and supplementary dashboards for senior management and relevant committees, highlighting key trends and performance metrics.
• Monitor: Keep up to date with whistleblowing regulation and legislation, ensuring adherence to established and evolving standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with in-depth knowledge of whistleblowing regulation and legislation.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience conducting internal investigations or handling whistleblowing-related matters.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, handle sensitive issues confidentially and with empathy, apply a risk-based approach, think critically, and ask difficult questions.
• Judgment: Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with sound judgment free from bias and based on facts.
