The company is seeking individuals with strong analytical thinking to help translate data into actionable insights for business decisions. This position is crucial for supporting senior analysts, ensuring business needs are clearly communicated to technical teams, and contributing to effective solution design.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gather and Document: Assist in collecting and formalizing business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Analyze Data: Examine business data to uncover significant trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Present Findings: Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform management decisions.
• Support Development: Aid senior business analysts in thorough requirement analysis and effective solution design.
• Coordinate Teams: Facilitate communication with technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately understood and implemented.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years in a related capacity, with a basic understanding of data analysis and business metrics.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis), good communication and documentation skills, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Bonus: Academic projects or internships in Business Analysis/Data Analysis, exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio, basic knowledge of SQL or databases, understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies, knowledge of requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories), or online certifications in Business Analysis or Data Analytics.
