What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Assist in evaluating business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Solution Definition: Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Data Support: Support data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create documentation such as reports, dashboards, and process flows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, with basic knowledge of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
• Experience: Entry-level professional, including new college graduates for 2025 or 2026, with an interest in business analysis.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and documentation skills; capability to work collaboratively in a team environment; familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
• Bonus: Internship or academic project experience in business analysis; exposure to visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies; familiarity with process modeling techniques like BPMN or flowcharts; basic knowledge of databases and reporting tools.
