What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Management: Execute the daily operational requirements of the firm.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement better ways for the firm to operate.
• Policy Development: Create and put into practice new operational procedures and policies.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to management.
• Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma, with a foundation in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required; candidates should possess a passion for problem-solving.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with prior experience using Salesforce.
