Building Maintenance Technician | Enterprise Mobility

This is a full-time role at Enterprise Mobility, located in Coconut Creek, FL. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring all facilities and equipment are consistently in good condition for both customers and employees. • Mission: This person ensures all company facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in excellent working condition for customers and employees.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintenance & Repair: Execute routine general maintenance and repair tasks including light electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpet/floor cleaning.
• Work Order Management: Complete work orders promptly, whether generated by call-in requests or the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Preventative Care: Implement and follow the company’s preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment longevity.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot general issues to diagnose problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Asset Management: Handle the movement and installation of various items such as furniture, office supplies, small appliances, and equipment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and hold a current, valid driver’s license with no more than two at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past three years, and no alcohol or drug-related conviction on record in the last five years.
• Experience: Requires one year or more of hands-on general building maintenance experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities, with the capability to perform hands-on general building repairs including light electrical, basic plumbing, painting, and general troubleshooting.
• Bonus: Preferred experience includes the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are also a plus.
