This Briefing and Research Attorney position is instrumental in bolstering the firm’s litigation efforts by providing rigorous legal research, expert drafting of crucial legal documents, and meticulous preparation for all stages of trial, directly contributing to the firm’s mission of advocating for clients nationwide.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drafting: Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests that are foundational to the litigation process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment with case objectives for a variety of complex personal injury, mass tort, and product liability claims.
• Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to support case development and litigation strategies, analyzing statutes, case law, and legal precedents to provide actionable insights and comprehensive memoranda for high-stakes personal injury and commercial vehicle accident cases.
• Preparation: Prepare comprehensive trial materials, exhibits, and related documents, organizing vast amounts of information into clear, persuasive formats to support attorneys during court proceedings and contribute to successful outcomes.
• Support: Assist directly in the preparation for depositions and overall trial proceedings, including witness preparation, document review, and strategic planning, playing a key role in the execution of trial strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, coupled with a demonstrated academic or professional focus on plaintiff-side personal injury law, reflecting a commitment to advocating for individuals in accident and tort claims.
• Experience: Significant and proven plaintiff experience is required across the broad spectrum of personal injury litigation, which may include mass tort, product liability, child injury, or whistleblower protection cases, showcasing an ability to handle complex and high-stakes matters from the plaintiff’s perspective.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical legal research skills to navigate intricate legal databases and interpret complex statutes, superior legal writing capabilities for drafting persuasive and precise legal documents, and meticulous organizational skills for comprehensive trial preparation.
