What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging them professionally, assisting with inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly to create a positive and memorable experience.
• Product & Brand Representation: Promote and recommend products in alignment with brand standards, demonstrating thorough product knowledge to support customer decision-making and uphold brand integrity in all interactions.
• Retail Operations & Merchandising: Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing retail environment, including monitoring and restocking inventory to ensure product availability.
• Marketing & Promotional Support: Support the execution of promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities, staying informed about current sales, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Team Collaboration & Feedback: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, participate in continuous development training, and collect customer feedback to share insights for service and offering improvements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level role requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, with a clear eagerness to grow and develop within the retail and brand management industry.
• Experience: Previous hands-on experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred, coupled with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets or performance goals and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities with a positive and team-oriented attitude, basic math skills for transactions, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bonus: A bachelor’s degree is a plus, as is a background in marketing, brand representation, or promotional work, alongside an understanding of retail merchandising and visual presentation standards. Reliable transportation for commuting to assigned retail locations is also beneficial.
