This Bookkeeper position is vital for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting account managers, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in providing essential financial oversight and reporting for these significant client engagements.

The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Generate financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Account Monitoring: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable for clients.
• Account Manager Support: Provide comprehensive bookkeeping support to Account Managers.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee and handle the cash flow for clients.
• Vendor Relations: Collaborate with client’s vendors on financial matters.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess a strong foundation in business management accounting practices, enabling effective management of financial responsibilities for significant client accounts.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience working in a business management accounting firm.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in AgilLink software is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong IT capabilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
