• Mission: Assess Child Support needs for Missouri residents and guide them through paternity orders and payment management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Serve Missouri residents by assessing their Child Support needs through phone calls and in-person interactions.
• Process Guidance: Assist and guide individuals through the essential processes of establishing paternity orders and managing child support payments.
• Information Handling: Take, distribute, scan, and accurately index received program-related information as necessary.
• Data Entry: Enter received and relevant information into computer-based systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s Degree OR a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least four years of customer service experience (required if possessing a High School diploma/equivalent).
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, proficient typing skills, and strong attention to detail.
