Job Description, Detailed
This is a Behavior Therapist position, available for both part-time and full-time roles, serving the Glenview Area. The core responsibility is to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism in various settings including homes, schools, and clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior plans meticulously as designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately track and submit session data electronically.
• Collaborate effectively with a supportive clinical team.
Work Schedule:
• The role involves working daytime and evenings (typically 3 PM – 8 PM), plus one weekend day.
• Part-time flexibility is available.
Compensation:
• $15.00 per hour: During RBT module training and virtual onboarding training.
• $17.00 per hour: For client sessions and office work, starting with in-person shadow sessions, pre-certification.
• $19.00 per hour: For client sessions and office work, once RBT certified.
• A $150 Sign-On Bonus is provided after 3 months of employment.

Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Prior experience (paid or volunteer) working with children is required.
• Experience or coursework in psychology, behavior analysis, or human development is considered a strong advantage.
• Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a high degree of reliability.
• Reliable transportation is essential, as the role requires travel within a 40-minute radius of Naperville.
• Ability to pass a background check is a prerequisite.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not strictly required.
