Behavior Technician | Ally Behavior

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Ally Behavior, located in a center-based setting. Ally Behavior provides a full-time, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program for children with autism, aged 18 months to 6 years. This role is essential for delivering high-quality, 1-on-1 therapy directly to early learners, helping them develop communication and social skills, and preparing them for academic success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Therapy: Deliver 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in a center environment.
• Data Collection: Collect and track data on client progress using Central Reach via an iPad.
• Treatment Implementation: Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Progress Reporting: Report client progress to the BCBA and assist in updating treatment goals as necessary.
• Collaboration: Engage with other clinicians and attend team meetings to ensure effective treatment strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. Career level: Early Career. Requires foundational knowledge of child development or a related field.
• Experience: Requires prior experience working with children, such as in nanny, teacher, or camp counselor roles.
• Skills: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to complete training within 90 days), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to complete training prior to hire), ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field; experience with children who have developmental delays or special needs.
