What You’ll Actually Do
• Beverage Crafting: Consistently prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering meticulously to established recipes and quality standards to ensure every guest receives an outstanding beverage.
• Service Coordination: Work seamlessly and effectively with servers and other front-of-house staff, coordinating efficiently to deliver prompt and optimal drink service for all dining room and bar guests.
• Guest Interaction: Actively engage with customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner, ensuring their beverage needs are met and questions are answered to enhance their visit.
• Atmosphere Contribution: Foster a positive, lively, and enjoyable bar atmosphere for all patrons and staff through engaging presence and attentive service, contributing to the overall positive dining experience.
