What You’ll Actually Do
• Attendance: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Operations: Meet all store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and ensuring store safety and security.
• Customer Service: Engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients, or substitutions.
• Task Management: Be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.

• Skills: Ability to learn quickly, capacity to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, ability to build relationships.
