• Mission: This person owns the timely and professional setup and maintenance of event spaces to enhance guest event experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare event spaces: Set up all necessary items including water, amenities, and audio-visual equipment at least 15 minutes before event start times.
• Maintain event readiness: Replenish supplies, change linens, and remove garbage during breaks to ensure cleanliness and continuous readiness of meeting rooms.
• Support guest needs: Promptly address guest requests for additional equipment or supplies, communicating any charges and notifying supervisors for accurate billing.
• Facilitate event transitions: Assist with meal service and event breakdowns, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate billing through guest signatures.
• Ensure operational compliance: Follow energy conservation guidelines and safety procedures to maintain a secure and sustainable work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience preferred in banquet, hospitality, or customer service.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time constraints.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to assist where needed.
