What You’ll Actually Do
• Member Support: Assist members with opening accounts, including checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, and estates, and guide them through loan and credit card applications.
• Problem Resolution: Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy for members.
• Financial Education: Educate members on the full suite of available products and services to help them make informed financial decisions.
• Relationship Building: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and contribute to the organization’s growth.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Support and train junior team members, actively contributing to a positive team culture.
