Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

AT&T offers a 4-month paid sales development program designed to launch careers in B2B sales. This program provides comprehensive training and real-world experience.

Program Details:

• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (upon meeting sales goals). A $4,500 sign-on bonus is also offered, with potential for relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend in certain circumstances.
• Training: Instructor-led, interactive training sessions covering various aspects of sales.
• Experience: Hands-on experience engaging with real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations. This involves utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
• Career Progression: The program prepares participants for various sales roles within AT&T Business. Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales position.
• Location: Participants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (refer to the placement map on the AT&T website), but placement is based on availability.
• Program Focus: The program emphasizes developing sales skills, securing new business, and managing existing customer accounts. It fosters a competitive environment, providing tools and resources to support top performance.

Requirements:

• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
