What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationships: Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process.
• Presentations: Present vehicle options with enthusiasm and professionalism to potential buyers.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers in person, by phone, and through online channels.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a results-focused, supportive sales team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No specific educational degree is required; candidates at both entry-level and experienced stages are welcome for automotive sales.
• Experience: No prior sales experience is required, as paid professional training is provided for new hires.
• Skills: Possess a positive attitude, confidence, strong communication skills, a drive to succeed, and a willingness to learn. Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record and be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Bonus: Previous sales experience is considered a plus, but it is not a mandatory requirement.
