• Mission: Support audit teams by gaining hands-on experience with accounting and auditing practices to accelerate development and provide world-class client service.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Play a key role in supporting audit teams by gaining hands-on experience with accounting and auditing practices, working on all aspects of an audit engagement including cash, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, searching for unrecorded liabilities, maintaining confirmation logs, and preparing audit work papers.
• Assist: Help with audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services, and assist the team with daily client workflow.
• Resolve: Take part in resolving audit issues by obtaining evidence and making inquiries of clients.
• Collaborate: Gain exposure to diverse clients and industries, collaborating with seasoned professionals across engagement teams made up of other Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.
• Develop: Receive mentorship designed to accelerate professional development, with a Performance Coach meeting to establish goals, provide feedback, and support career path guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting; must be on track to complete 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility.
• Experience: Achieve a minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall academic performance; successfully completed Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher; demonstrate leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate sharp critical thinking abilities; comfortable navigating environments and embracing change; possess advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to learn new technologies.
