What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain real-world experience through a structured audit program designed to prepare for a career in public accounting.
• Assist in performing audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across a variety of industries.
• Work on diverse client assignments, executing tasks both in the office and directly at client sites.
• Effectively communicate engagement progress and status updates to senior staff and managers.
• Collaborate with and shadow different levels of staff to develop a deeper understanding of audit practices and career paths within LMC.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field at an accredited four-year college or university, specifically as a current Senior or Master’s student in an accounting or tax program.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with keen attention to detail.
