Job Description: Audit Intern
Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice offers an internship program that provides a real-world introduction to the auditing profession. As an intern, you’ll gain in-depth experience in the day-to-day responsibilities of an auditor, working closely with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Audit client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Learn to apply concepts of risk assessment and design and perform audit procedures.
• Execute audit procedures using cutting-edge tools and technologies, including artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation.
• Participate in networking activities and learn about issues shaping the audit profession.
• Receive guidance and feedback from a dedicated counselor.
Qualifications:
• Required:
• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration in Accounting or a related field.
• Definitive plans to meet minimum requirements for CPA eligibility.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred:
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting or a related field.
Key Skills and Attributes:
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience working independently and managing multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:
The wage range for this role is $24.77/hour to $44.77/hour, depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
