Audit Intern – Spring 2028 – Central Region | Weaver

This is an Audit Intern position with Weaver, located in the Central Region, requiring travel to client sites. What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Play an integral role on client engagements during the peak season.
• Practical Work: Perform hands-on client work, either from the Weaver office or at the client’s office.
• Audit Exposure: Gain exposure to multiple clients and various different sections of the audit throughout the internship.
• Professional Development: Participate in both formal and on-the-job training provided throughout the duration of your internship.
• Networking: Build lasting connections with fellow interns, Weaver Leaders, and other professionals across the firm.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with the goal to obtain the credit hours necessary to become a CPA.
• Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, positive attitude, and a growth mindset.
