What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Support assurance engagements, working alongside experienced professionals.
• Evaluate: Help teams assess internal controls and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze: Examine financial data and documentation to identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
• Participate: Engage in testing procedures and audit documentation.
• Collaborate: Work with team members to help clients maintain compliance with evolving accounting standards, potentially traveling to client sites.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, Accounting major pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a minimum 3.3 GPA.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to apply these skills in data analysis and reporting are required. Applicants should be high-performing accounting students who are on track to meet CPA eligibility requirements.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated initiative, strong problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail are essential. The role also requires the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with both clients and team members.
• Bonus: A clear plan to pursue CPA licensure and a strong interest in pursuing a full-time career in public accounting are highly valued. Candidates must also be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
