• Mission: To support tax engagements by assisting in planning, executing, and resolving client issues while ensuring high professional standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning: Gain an understanding and assist in the planning of assignments across diverse industries such as Real Estate, Construction, Nonprofit, and Manufacturing.
• Execution: Apply accounting and auditing principles, quality control standards, and technology implementation procedures to individual client assignments.
• Engagement: Participate in client assignments from the initial stages through to completion.
• Problem Solving: Identify and communicate issues, technical matters, and opportunities for improvement to senior associates, managers, and partners for resolution.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of client staff, pledging exceptional service and understanding their goals and needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, with an emphasis on foundational knowledge and a strong aptitude for professional development within accounting and tax.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and project management abilities; demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication across all organizational levels; capacity to multi-task, think independently, and problem-solve effectively within a team-oriented, results-driven environment; strong computer and technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
• Bonus: A Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field is preferred; active participation in student organizations or prior work experience in accounting or a related field is a plus.
