What You’ll Actually Do
• Organize Financial Data: Provide and systematically organize financial information to support audit processes.
• Prepare Financial Documents: Prepare essential tax extensions, conduct thorough account analysis, and complete necessary reconciliations.
• Manage Records: Accurately maintain comprehensive accounting records.
• Support Operations: Complete various administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the team, as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must be a junior or in the year prior to graduation (dependent on 4- or 5-year program) in an accounting program, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0. The role requires candidates to have the flexibility to work Monday – Thursday in person/in the office each week and weekends as needed. Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, demonstrating the ability to utilize key software for daily tasks.
• Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for effective team collaboration and client interaction. A detail-oriented approach is also critical for accuracy in all responsibilities.
