• Team: Reports to engagement team seniors or supervisors, collaborating with partners.
• Mission: To deliver expert auditing services, ensuring confidence in financial information for diverse clients and supporting their growth and strength.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Analyze and review client accounting records and financial statements.
• Evaluation: Evaluate internal accounting control systems, audit risk, materiality, and compliance with generally accepted auditing standards.
• Documentation: Create detailed workpapers that support the accounting work being done.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with engagement team seniors or supervisors and partners on client issue resolutions and recommendations.
• Management: Assume full responsibility on smaller accounting engagements as proficiency increases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience working in the audit department of a public accounting firm.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, technical audit, organizational, and project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Licensed CPA, or working towards CPA certification; ability to travel as needed.
