What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit: Sharpen analytical skills by thoroughly auditing client financials, transactions, and internal control processes, gaining in-depth exposure to the auditing profession.
• Collaborate: Work independently and in collaboration with a diverse group of talented audit professionals, receiving guidance and contributing to exceptional audit client service delivery.
• Analyze: Utilize Crowe’s innovative audit tools and technologies, which incorporate advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation, to effectively analyze client data.
• Engage: Participate as a valuable team member on diverse client engagements, which may include manufacturing, distribution, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, education, construction, dealerships, food and agriculture, insurance, and financial institution clients, as well as benefit plan audits.
• Learn: Proactively take initiative and seek on-the-job learning opportunities within a collaborative team culture that prioritizes quality, innovation, and technology for delivering client value.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or a similar field, with a strong commitment to meeting CPA license educational requirements in their assigned Crowe work location prior to starting full-time.
• Experience: Possess relevant work experience, which could include prior internships, summer positions, or school jobs, demonstrating practical application of skills.
• Skills: Proficient with Excel; strong academic credentials; demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments; and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.
• Bonus: Experience with data analytics is strongly desired; a desire to travel and availability to work/travel during evenings or weekends, if needed, are also beneficial.
