The Tone:
This is an internship at KBF Advisory, located in Lake Oswego, OR. KBF Advisory is a trusted partner and recognized leader in tax, audit, and advisory services, providing a comprehensive range of solutions designed to support clients’ growth and expansion. This role offers hands-on experience in Audit & Advisory services, supporting audit engagements and projects as a valued member of the team. The program is designed for students seeking to gain practical experience and refine their career path in public accounting.

• Contribute: Apply knowledge gained during your college career to contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects.
• Gain Experience: Enhance your skillset and acquire practical experience by working with engagement teams.
• Support Engagements: Collaborate with experienced professionals to support and complete audit engagements and projects.
• Understand Industry: Develop a deep understanding of accounting industry dynamics to inform future career decisions in public accounting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: On track to graduate with an accounting-focused bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with CPA eligibility.
• Experience: Must be on track to graduate no earlier than December 2027 and no later than August 2028. Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm, from January through April 2027 in the Lake Oswego office a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Skills: Strong ambition to become a Certified Public Accountant and pursue a career in Audit, excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must be a motivated, quick learner and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.2 overall GPA preferred.
