The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Rosa, Long Beach, or Sacramento, CA
• Pay: $30–$35 hourly
• Team: Valued member of a team of dedicated audit experts, supported by a personal Coach and Buddy
• Mission: This person will learn to analyze financial statements and perform audit procedures to identify misstatements and ensure compliance for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Learn to analyze financial statements and related disclosures to identify material misstatements or discrepancies through comprehensive Assurance training.
• Audit Procedures: Perform audit procedures to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial statements by examining financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
• Internal Controls: Assist in evaluating and testing the effectiveness of internal control systems implemented by clients.
• Collaboration: Engage in regional intern events, executive speaker sessions, and collaborate with fellow interns on a project to showcase acquired knowledge and skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a BS/BA/MSA/MST/Certificate Program in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and graduating between July 2027 and December 2029.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in pursuing or obtaining CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Educational Licensure Requirements.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
