What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Operations: Actively assist and provide support to the firm’s key internal departments, which include Audit, Tax, and Forensic, Litigation & Valuation, with their daily operational tasks and projects.
• Acquire Knowledge: Develop a foundational understanding of how a public accounting firm operates, learning to navigate its daily functions and effectively collaborate within a professional team environment.
• Software Proficiency: Gain practical hands-on experience by learning to operate and utilize different industry-standard accounting software applications.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide crucial administrative support to various internal teams across the firm, contributing to the efficient workflow and organization of departments.
• Skill Development: Actively work to develop and enhance strong analytical and problem-solving skills through engagement with diverse tasks and challenges encountered within the firm’s operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position for a candidate currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Applicants should be at the Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Masters level, possessing a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2. A fundamental understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting practices is essential for this role.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude, meticulous attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills, the proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for professional interaction.
