What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Services: Efficiently service a variety of client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Reporting & Analysis: Help build and develop essential financial reports, contributing to clear communication of financial performance and data insights.
• Operational Support: Support critical financial operations, including processing capital calls and managing billing cycles to ensure smooth firm functionality.
• Document Management: Prepare and organize a range of important documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and ready for various processes.
• Client Onboarding: Actively assist in the comprehensive onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all steps are meticulously followed for a seamless transition into the firm’s services.
• Platform Learning: Develop proficiency and apply key industry platforms such as Wealthscape and Addepar in daily tasks and reporting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field, qualifying you as a recent graduate ready for an entry-level position.
• Experience: Demonstrate genuine comfort and capability with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to navigate formulas confidently and a willingness to explore deeper functionalities.
• Skills: Possess a true detail-oriented mindset, diligently catching small inaccuracies because of a commitment to correctness. Exhibit strong eagerness and curiosity to ask insightful questions and actively grow within the wealth management industry.
