What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Actively identify and develop new business opportunities within the Atlanta, GA market to expand the client base for specialized staffing and recruiting services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships, negotiating terms and securing contracts to create value for our clients.
• Candidate Sourcing and Management: Effectively source qualified candidates through various channels, manage their relationships, and provide constructive feedback throughout the process.
• Placement and Coordination: Strategically match candidates to client vacancies, coordinate interview logistics, and facilitate feedback between clients and candidates.
• Administrative Support: Execute necessary administrative tasks related to the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level Associate Recruiter position. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field to establish foundational knowledge for the role.
• Experience: Requires the ability to independently create a leads list utilizing provided sales enablement tools and CRM platforms. Demonstrated experience in public speaking and presentation is essential for client and candidate engagement.
• Skills: Proficiency is required across the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in recruitment software and various industry-specific tools. Essential soft skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a strong understanding of core sales and marketing concepts. The role also demands a goal-oriented and results-driven approach.
