What You’ll Actually Do
• PR Program Support: Provide essential assistance for daily PR activities, including media planning, product launches, and the coordination of major activations and events.
• Team & Administrative Management: Maintain team efficiency by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling various administrative tasks.
• Internal Communication & Documentation: Prepare meeting notes, reports, and contribute to internal communication efforts to keep the team informed.
• Financial Operations: Support financial tasks such as budget tracking, processing purchase requests, invoices, accruals, and vendor payments.
• Asset & Vendor Logistics: Manage the logistics and lifecycle of PR assets, like vehicle fleets, and coordinate effectively with vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Skills: Organizational skills; attention to detail; communication skills; problem-solving; ability to manage multiple priorities.
