What You’ll Actually Do
• Investor Relations Oversight: Participate in and contribute to all comprehensive aspects of the firm’s investor relations function, ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Fundraising Support: Directly assist with the planning, execution, and management of fundraising initiatives, contributing to the firm’s capital raising efforts.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate various project management efforts specifically related to investor communications and other strategic initiatives within the IR team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective engagement and manage ongoing relationships with current and prospective investors, upholding the firm’s reputation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess a robust background in financial services, specifically with expertise in investment management or investor-facing functions.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience is required, specifically within Investor Relations, Fundraising, Placement Agent services, or Private Equity investing.
• Skills: Core competencies include proven capabilities in Investor Relations practices, demonstrable experience in fundraising processes, strong project management proficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of private equity investment strategies.
