What You’ll Actually Do
• Grant Development: Assist in developing investigator grant budget grids for applicable countries, coordinating with therapeutic and operational subject matter experts as appropriate.
• Document Drafting: Draft applicable payment terms and condition templates for investigator grant budget grids and coordinate internal and external approvals and feedback for these documents.
• Client Support: Provide support for escalations with external clients regarding investigator budget development, process, and negotiation parameters.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure site startup activities are aligned with investigator grant activities and mutually agreed upon timelines.
• Process Implementation: Provide approved investigator grant grids and payment schedules, processes, and negotiation parameters to local teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a basic understanding of the principles of investigator grant template drafting and the pharmaceutical product development process.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, including basic proficiency with negotiation and conflict management.
• Skills: Good oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, math skills, organizational and time management skills, and basic experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Bonus: Proven flexibility and adaptability, good customer service skills, and cross-cultural awareness.
