Associate Director, Field Medical Operations | Eisai

• Pay: $173700–$228000 yearly
• Team: Reports to Director Business Operations with dotted line to Senior Director, Neurology Field Medical – Alzheimer’s Disease.
• Mission: To power field medical effectiveness with CRM tools and reporting dashboards to support leadership strategic and tactical decision making.
• Tech Stack: Veeva CRM, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strengthen and advance the Field Medical organization through process optimization, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage Field Medical effectiveness audits, conduct insights reviews, and provide recommendations to Field Medical Leadership.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams supporting CRM, reporting/analytics, and other operational enhancements.
• Lead requirements gathering, define project scope, set strategic goals, and develop execution plans with clear milestones and metrics.
• Incorporate field medical insights and business needs into actionable tools, reporting capabilities, and operational improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 10+ years within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Field Medical, Field Sales, Field Management, Operations Support, or Marketing).
• Experience: Practical experience in data and analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with managing interactions with cross-functional teams, client groups, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Skills: Commercial Breadth, Communication & Cross-functional Influence, Critical Thinking & Business Agility, Data Analysis & Insights, Project Management.
• Bonus: Preferred experience working with CRM platforms and business intelligence/reporting tools (e.g., Veeva CRM, Power BI, and Tableau).
