What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of strategic business initiatives and operational improvements.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with senior managers to coordinate projects and monitor progress against objectives.
• Market Research: Perform in-depth research on markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Content Creation: Create comprehensive reports, client-facing materials, and executive presentations.
• Data Analysis: Interpret data to uncover insights, patterns, and growth opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, indicating a foundational understanding suitable for an early-career professional.
• Experience: Requires basic knowledge of project management principles and a foundational understanding of budgeting and financial analysis concepts to support core business operations and strategic planning.
• Skills: Analytical Problem Solving (combining strong analytical thinking with effective problem-solving skills); Strategic Communication (clear and professional written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, and client interactions); Project Coordination (basic knowledge of principles for tracking deadlines, deliverables, and milestones); Financial Acumen (foundational understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis concepts); Market Research (ability to conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitive landscapes).
• Bonus: Prior internship, co-op, or academic project experience in a business setting is considered beneficial, providing practical exposure to business environments and processes.
