What You’ll Actually Do
• Practice Support: Support a client law firm’s labor and employment practice.
• Litigation Management: Manage and handle employment litigation matters.
• Legal Efficiency: Work efficiently on various employment law matters with minimal supervision.
• Client Service: Uphold a commitment to excellent client service and professionalism.
• Remote Operation: Maintain high productivity and organization in a remote work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Licensed to practice law with excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school, and training in labor and employment law.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in employment litigation matters and prior practice within an employment practice group.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision, highly organized and productive in a remote work setting, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to client service.
