What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage monthly or quarterly financial close processes for external clients.
• Prepare US GAAP financial reports, implement new accounting and reporting standards, and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee financial systems, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure oversight of internal controls.
• Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, bank, and credit card reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with non-income tax regulations, including 1099s, sales and use tax, property tax, Delaware tax filings, and state registrations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in business with an emphasis in accounting.
• Experience: Final graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026, meeting educational requirements for California CPA licensure prior to the start date. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, as this position is not eligible for sponsorship or work visas.
• Skills: Strong understanding of US GAAP financial reporting, general ledger structures, financial close processes, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Exceptional client service is also expected.
• Bonus: A minimum GPA of 3.2, with a higher major GPA preferred.
