• Pay: $75,000–$90,000 yearly
• Team: Supports the Project Accounting team, collaborating closely with project accountants, project teams, trade partners, and vendors.
• Mission: Provide timely and accurate financial information for lump sum and GMP construction projects while ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Financial Support: Support the Project Accounting team by delivering timely and accurate financial information specifically tailored for lump sum and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) projects.
• Transaction Processing: Assist diligently with the comprehensive processing of various project financial transactions, including both Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) entries.
• Billing Package Preparation: Prepare thorough and accurate owner billing packages, ensuring all necessary documentation is included for proper submission.
• Trade Partner Compliance: Support and ensure adherence to trade partner compliance requirements, facilitating smooth financial interactions with all partners.
• Operational Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with project accountants, various project teams, trade partners, and external vendors to maintain proper documentation and ensure seamless financial operations across all projects.

• Experience: Practical experience assisting with financial transactions such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and familiarity with preparing owner billing packages, preferably within a construction context.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability in processing financial transactions, preparing detailed billing packages, understanding and supporting compliance requirements, and effective communication for stakeholder collaboration.
