What You’ll Actually Do
• Creator Growth: Assist in the strategic development and growth of creators across major social platforms, including managing Instagram super model accounts and monitoring trends.
• Industry Networking: Cultivate vital connections across the entertainment and fashion industries to secure collaborations, brand deals, and exposure opportunities for talent.
• Event Coordination: Support the meticulous planning and successful execution of various events, including photoshoots, brand-sponsored events, fashion shows, and influencer gatherings.
• Operational Management: Maintain company operational structure, manage schedules, handle professional correspondence, and ensure accountability across all projects and events.
• Strategic Learning: Receive direct training from the founder to implement advanced social media growth strategies, effective creator management systems, and strategic networking techniques.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a strong understanding of social media culture, trends, and influencer marketing strategies.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in supporting social media growth, content planning, and engagement on Instagram and TikTok. Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Skills: Excellent professional phone communication, strong organizational and time management abilities, and exceptional relationship-building skills with talent and industry partners.
• Bonus: Existing connections within the fashion, entertainment, or influencer industries, along with a genuinely positive interpersonal approach to foster great rapport with models.
