What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Support management in daily operational tasks, contributing to departmental efficiency and ensuring consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Customer Engagement & Resolution: Deliver exceptional customer service by actively assisting clients, promptly resolving inquiries, and effectively addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
• Team Development & Support: Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training new employees, while also fostering a positive, safe, and productive work environment for the entire team.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, provide input to improve processes, monitor workflow efficiency, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to support business initiatives.
• Data & Inventory Management: Maintain organized records, accurate reports, and up-to-date inventory documentation to support operational needs and decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is a fundamental requirement for this position; candidates who have completed some college coursework or obtained a degree are preferred.
• Experience: While no specific prior experience is strictly required to apply for this role, candidates with previous experience in leadership, retail environments, or direct customer service roles will be at a distinct advantage.
• Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills alongside effective interpersonal abilities. Candidates must also demonstrate the capacity to motivate, guide, and work effectively as part of a team, coupled with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
